Alpine Skies Youth Protection Policy

Alpine Skies is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all participants, especially minors. We do not tolerate any form of sexual, physical, or verbal abuse by the participants. This includes any behavior that is objectively intimidating, threatening, or inappropriate.

Those responsible for formation at Alpine Skies are strictly prohibited from providing or permitting the use of illegal substances. Every adult person undergoes a background check, receives abuse prevention training, and commits to follow Alpine Skies’s behavioral code of ethics and conduct.

If you become aware of any abusive or inappropriate behavior, please report it immediately to the Executive Director of Alpine Skies. All complaints will be promptly reviewed and addressed with the Board of Alpine Skies. In accordance with Colorado state law, any suspected or known instances of abuse will be reported to civil authorities.

Code of Ethics and Conduct

At Alpine Skies, we foster strong character rooted in a love for truth and a spirit of service. This means speaking honestly, acting with humility, and showing kindness, whether in the classroom, at home, or among peers.

Our guidelines are about direction: helping young men grow into principled leaders, guided by conscience and strengthened by purpose, men who are fully alive in mind, heart, and spirit.
